Effective date: 20 September 2026
1. Scope
This Policy applies to paid features and digital services offered through Dream Job.
2. Price and Pre-Purchase Information
The price, description and scope of each paid feature will be displayed before the User confirms a purchase. Applicable taxes, fees or other charges will be disclosed as required.
3. Payment
Payments are processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. Where a third-party payment processor is used, payment-card credentials may be processed directly by that provider under its applicable terms and privacy notice.
4. Order Confirmation
After a successful transaction, the User should receive an electronic confirmation identifying the purchased feature, amount and transaction details.
5. Cancellation
Where cancellation is available, the User may request cancellation through [CANCELLATION METHOD]. The effect of cancellation depends on whether the digital feature has already been delivered or used and on mandatory rights applicable under Philippine law.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law or where the Operator's stated refund conditions are met. Examples may include duplicate payment, payment made in error, technical failure resulting in non-delivery, or another qualifying circumstance stated at checkout.
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits a mandatory right of an online consumer to pursue a refund or another remedy where that right applies under Philippine law.
7. Refund Request Procedure
- Send a request to info@dream-job.net .
- Provide the transaction reference, transaction date, purchased feature and reason for the request.
- The Operator may request information reasonably necessary to verify the transaction.
- If approved, the refund will be initiated through the applicable payment channel.
8. Processing Time
The Operator will process approved refunds within [X] business days. The time required for funds to appear in the User's account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
9. Technical Problems
If a paid feature was not delivered or could not reasonably be used because of a technical problem attributable to the Operator, the User should contact support promptly. The Operator may restore access, provide the purchased functionality or issue a refund, as appropriate and as required by law.
10. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions
The Operator may investigate suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions. Users should promptly report unauthorized transactions to the Operator and the relevant payment provider.
