1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Dream Job (the “Platform”), operated by Dream Job, with address at Manila, Philippines (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”).
By registering an account, using the Platform, or purchasing a paid feature, the User agrees to these Terms of Use, subject to applicable mandatory rights under Philippine law.
2. Eligibility and Account
• The User must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated.
• The User is responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity performed through the account.
• The Operator may require information reasonably necessary to provide the Platform or comply with applicable law.
3. Platform Functionality
The Platform may provide profile management, career guidance, vacancy matching, personalized resume generation, skills assessment, educational recommendations and related functionality. Available functionality may change over time.
4. User Information and Content
The User is responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of information submitted to the Platform. The User must not submit information or content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of another person.
5. Automated Processing and Profiling
The Platform may use automated processing and profiling to compare information in the User profile with vacancy requirements and to generate personalized resumes and recommendations. Such outputs are decision-support information and do not guarantee employment, a particular salary, admission to an educational program or any other specific outcome.
6. Paid Features
Certain features may require payment. The applicable price, scope and payment conditions will be displayed before purchase. Cancellation and refund rules are set out in the Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
7. Limited Right to Use
Subject to these Terms, the User receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended personal purposes. This right does not transfer ownership of the Platform, its software, databases, design, trademarks or other protected materials.
8. Prohibited Use
• attempting to obtain source code, reverse engineer or circumvent technical restrictions, except where mandatory law permits otherwise;
• circumventing security measures or access controls;
• using the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity;
• copying, reselling or commercially exploiting Platform materials without authorization;
• submitting false, misleading or unlawfully obtained information.
9. Suspension and Termination
The Operator may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, prevention of abuse, breach of these Terms, non-payment or compliance with applicable law, subject to any mandatory rights of the User.
10. Disclaimer
Career guidance, vacancy matching, resume generation, skills assessment and educational recommendations are provided as decision-support functionality. The Operator does not guarantee employment or any particular professional result.
11. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Platform Privacy Policy / Privacy Notice.
12. Changes to the Terms
The Operator may update these Terms where reasonably necessary, including where functionality or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means.
13. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are subject to applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including mandatory consumer-protection, electronic-commerce and data-protection requirements. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit a mandatory right of a consumer.
